I. Preliminary Draft Plan

II. Advertising / Awareness Campaign
Winter 2003

1. Newspaper Advertisements
2. Formal Document sent for review by:

a. Government
b. Industry
c. Sahtu Secretariat Incorporated and Land Corporations
d. ENGOs
e. Communities
f. Others

3. Newsletter(s).
4. Plain English and Dene language version.
5. Radio and Television.
6. Press.
7. Video.
8. Community projects.

 
   
III. Review and Revise Exercise.
Winter - Spring 2003

1. Record comments and concerns.
2. Sahtu Land Use Planning Board Review comments and concerns.
3. Sahtu Land Use Planning Board decides on alterations to Preliminary land use plan or other actions.
4. Create written document.

 
   
IV. Final Draft Plan
Winter 2004
   
V. Submitted for formal Approval to:

2. Territorial Government
